1) What kind of labels do you make?
A: See “Product Line” page

2)  How can I get a price on some labels?
A: See “Request a Quote” page or give us a call at 1-800-400-0859 (in US or Canada), or send us a fax at (559) 325-2833.

3) How do I show you what I want the label to look like?
A: We can take something as simple as a pencil sketch and turn it into an art proof for you. Or, you can provide the artwork image and send it to us e-mail, or snail mail. A crisp black & white image or a film negative work great.

4) What kind of electronic art files do you work with?
A: We prefer cdr files since we mainly work with Corel Draw. But we can usually work with whatever format you are able to send.

5)  What is your minimum order?
A: We do not have a minimum order quantity. We can quote whatever quantity you are in need of. Just keep in mind that it’s the first label off the press that’s expensive, after that, the longer we can keep the press running, the lower the price per label!

6)  What is your turn-around time?
A: We like to get 3 to 4 weeks on an order if possible, but we are able to turn an order around in a matter of a few days if necessary. A rush charge may apply to turn-arounds under 2 weeks, especially for new orders.

7) How long have you been in the label industry?
A: The expertise available at Integrity Label dates back to the late 1970’s (approx. 25 years!).

8)  Can I see examples of your work?
A: Beyond what you see on our web site, we would be more than happy to send you some of our actual label samples.

9)  Do you accept credit cards?
A: We do not accept credit cards at this time.

10) What are your payment terms?
A: Upon credit approval, our terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. Clovis, CA. For new customers who have not secured credit approval we require a 50% deposit with the order and C.O.D. for the balance of the first order.

11) How long are your price quotations good for?
A: Price quotations are firm for 30 days only.

12) Will I receive the exact quantity of labels that I order?
A: By industry standards, all shipments of 10% over or under the designated amount constitutes a completed order. The exception would be for sequentially numbered labels.

13) Are you an approved label vendor for Underwriter Laboratories (UL)?
A: Yes, we are an approved UL label supplier.

14)  Can you print half-tone, screens (like photos), or 4-color process?
A: No, we cannot. Our specialty is listed in detail on our “product line” page.

15) Is Integrity Label a print broker or middleman?
A: No, we design and manufacture all of our own label products.

16) Do we sell to print brokers?
A: Yes, we do! Many of our customers are labels companies that don’t do what we do. Most label companies do not have the in-house capability to produce the type of label that we manufacture (see Product Line).

17) Do you make every type of label there is?
A: If we can’t make the particular label that you need, we can point you in the direction of a company who can.
